The LOG Center Adria II project is a joint venture between the investors BHM Group and GO ASSET Development. The project developer is GO ASSET Development.

About GO ASSET

Big Box: Log Center

We develop modern large-scale logistics properties at key logistics "hotspots" in Austria, Slovakia, and Slovenia, primarily for international tenants. These projects are implemented in multiple construction phases and designed as multi-tenant halls. Before construction begins, a detailed site analysis is conducted, carefully evaluating optimal multimodal connections, regulatory feasibility, workforce availability, public funding opportunities, and other key factors.

Light Industrial

A key aspect of city logistics is the development of modern business parks. We build these in designated industrial zones with excellent transport connections, ensuring seamless access to both road networks and public transportation. These properties are designed with a flexible layout, combining high-quality warehouse, production, and office spaces. Each storage unit is equipped with at least one dock leveler and a ground-level gate. We place the highest emphasis on sustainability, enhancing the campus-like environment for the benefit of employees.

City Logistics

Faster and more flexible delivery concepts require proximity to the end consumer, enabling our clients to meet the ever-shortening delivery times demanded by retailers. That’s why we continuously work on optimizing urban logistics solutions. We develop urban storage and distribution centers to help our clients efficiently distribute their goods in major cities.
